A volunteer Board of Directors and committee chairs guide the Center.康鶴由志願董事會與各組組長共同治理。
Golden Crane Senior Center is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization (Tax ID 41-2248260), run entirely by its members and volunteers. A Board of Directors sets direction, while an Executive Director and committee chairs carry out the day-to-day work.康鶴耆英中心是非營利的 501(c)(3) 組織（稅號 41-2248260），完全由會員與志工共同運作。董事會負責方向，中心主任與各組組長則執行日常會務。
